Q: When will my order ship?

A: Shipping speeds differ depending on your location. Some orders will change depending on destination, but orders are generally processed by the days specified on the product page, where you can see it in the supplier details section, which specifies which company the product is fulfilled by, how quickly the product is shipped (labelled "Shipped") and in what period of time the product can be returned (labelled "Returns"). A: You will receive an email once a product is shipped with the tracking number or you can use this link to log in and view the tracking details on Makkiiro.com.

Q: What is the return policy for items purchased on Makkiiro.com?

A: Details on whether refunds are accepted for a product can be found on the product page, where you can see it in the supplier details section, labelled "Returns".

Q: How do I return an item?

A: For items eligible for a return, you can browse to this link where you can contact the supplier for the order you want returned. Click the order you want to start a return for, look for the line item you want exchanged, then click on the "Contact supplier about this order item" button to start the process.

Q: How do I exchange an item?

A: Complete our return process and ship your item back to us and then order the new item. We will process your return as soon as possible after receiving the returned item. Q: What countries do you ship to?

A: We currently ship to the Canada, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes, US territories, and military bases?

A: At this time, we don't offer shipping to PO Boxes, US territories, or military bases.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: All orders have a waiting period of 2 hours before they get processed. You can cancel an order on the order confirmation page or on the receipt page before the 2 hours period. After 2 hours, you'll have to contact the supplier.

Q: Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?

A: While we don't accept backorders, we're constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that's out of stock - we suggest you check back regularly.

Q: Do you have pre-orders?

A: Items marked as pre-order can be bought and will specify the shipping date in place of the "Add To Cart" button. For example, you will see a "Preorder For 2025/01/01" button instead of the "Add To Cart" button on the product page.

Q: How do I know what size to buy?

A: To help you pick the right size, we've included a sizing chart directly on the product page for most of our apparel items.
